Insurance Disclaimer

While we do not accept insurance, you should check with your insurance company to determine if they provide you with out-of-network reimbursement. We will be happy to supply you with an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance company. You may use your HSA (flex spending account) for eyewear purchases since they are considered a medical expense. HSA accounts cover any eyewear prescription: primary, sunglasses, computer use, or sports use.
